Great view of the castle and river from the superior castle view room. Convenient location, within walking distance to the historical center and the Jewish quarter. Modern and clean facilities, including a capsule coffee maker, kettle, and minibar. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Varied and plentiful breakfast buffet with many Polish options. Friendly and helpful staff.

the place is wonderful small and has unbeatable location close to everything. old town district definitely deserves your time and attention. rooftop bar with bottled drinks. i would stay here again, because i had a very lovely stay and didn't feel like leaving.

We loved the hotel's location in the center of this beautiful city. It was conveniently situated close to the river, offering fine views of the river as well as the castle. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

This place is perfectly located, you can get to every major sight in no time. An added bonus is the view of the nearby sights. The service was splendid with friendly staff always happy to help. An array of amenities such as room service, bicycle hire, and shuttle service made my stay here stress-free.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a stress-free stay in the heart of the city.

Really good room service and attention to detail. Our room was restocked daily with a fully stocked mini fridge and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. The breakfast and bar facilities downstairs were fantastic. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a short walk to the main square. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Krakow.
