Modern and clean facilities, including a capsule coffee maker, kettle, and minibar. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Varied and plentiful breakfast buffet with many Polish options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Warm room, cheerful staff, perfect location. Abundant breakfast, good service. It was a fantastic stay, you could leave a car nearby. Plus their wifi was good. There was a great restaurant, a big supermarket and a supermarket next door...

the place is wonderful small and has unbeatable location close to everything. old town district definitely deserves your time and attention. rooftop bar with bottled drinks. i would stay here again, because i had a very lovely stay and didn't feel like leaving.

This place is perfectly located, you can get to every major sight in no time. An added bonus is the view of the nearby sights. The service was splendid with friendly staff always happy to help. An array of amenities such as room service, bicycle hire, and shuttle service made my stay here stress-free.

Exceptional room service and attention to detail. Our room was restocked daily with a fully stocked mini fridge and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The breakfast and bar facilities downstairs were fantastic. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a short walk to the main square. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Krakow.
